For the non-Harry Potter literate out there, that translates as a disarming spell. And with it the Lib Dems have been stripped of arguably their highest-profile supporter, Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe. The actor has denounced his yellow colours in favour of Labour’s red (most probably to match his own Gryffindor's house colours) or if you believe what he actually said, as they have a more “genuinely leftwing” leader in Ed Miliband. While Ed's leadership may be coming under severe criticism by some 'muggles', at least he has the wizarding world on his side.
