  • MOJ to launch legal advice centres

    The Ministry of Justice will fund an in-court advice service for litigants who are no longer entitled to legal aid. The scheme, launched today by Family Justice Minister Simon Hughes, will provide guidance on divorce proceeding and other civil and family law cases.
