Jarvis: Govt treat creative industries like 'second-rate sector'

Shadow Culture Secretary Dan Jarvis has accused the Government of treating creative industries like "a second rate sector" and said they were vital to Britain's economic recovery.

 

He said Labour were committed to encouraging growth in the sector, nuturing creativity in young people and celebrating heritage and the Olympics across the UK.
