High Speed Two is the only viable solution to the capacity problems on Britain's railways, a parliamentary inquiry has concluded. Graham Stringer, co-chair of the All-Party Group for High Speed Rail, said: "HS2 remains the only proper and practicable solution to creating sufficient long-term capacity for Britain's railways."
