    The government must maintain its commitment to spending on vaccines, according to Labour Co-operative MP Jim Dobbins.

    Writing for Central Lobby, Mr Dobbin said: "Some groups will use the Chancellor’s statement as an opportunity to call for a cut to the international development budget."
