A judge has ruled that a former British intelligence head can help decide whether the ex-aide to an MP accused of spying should be deported from the UK. The judge ruled that former MI5 chief Sir Stephen Lander's experience and expertise was needed by the Special Immigration Appeals Commission to assist in the case of Katia Zatuliveter, who previously worked for Liberal Democrat Mike Hancock.
