Labour MP Kerry McCarthy may have broken electoral law by tweeting a sample of postal vote results from her Bristol East constituency. Police are investigating the incident, and Ms McCarthy has apologised to the returning officer.
Kerry McCarthy has been given a police caution for tweeting the results of opened postal votes for her consitutency of Bristol East during the election, according to reports.
