Winterton new chief whip

Rosie Winterton has been elected unopposed as Labour’s new chief whip after Nick Brown said he could not continue in his position. Ed Miliband said: "Rosie is highly respected both in and out of Westminster and I have no doubt that she will excel in her new role".
