Iranian attack on US 'increasingly likely'
The head of US intelligence has warned of the growing likelihood Iran will carry out attacks against America or its allies.
Director of Intelligence James Clapper used his annual worldwide threat assessment to suggest Iran was "more willing to conduct an attack in the United States in response to real or perceived US actions that threaten the regime".
Writing exclusively for PoliticsHome, Sir Menzies Campbell warned that there was "no single action" that could be taken against Iran that would be "without risk".
