DVLA sold drivers' details to criminals
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency sold the personal details of more than 7,000 drivers to a parking enforcement company found guilty of criminal offences, the Mail on Sunday reports. The quango sold the details to Observices Parking Solutions, which had been fined £29,850 along with its boss for being "recklessly unfair" to drivers.
