Labour accused of dirty tricks
Labour has been accused of using dirty tricks to scupper tomorrow’s mayoral referendums.

In Nottingham, the local Labour group sent out leaflets suggesting that a “yes” vote would put the BNP in power, The Times reports.

Labour are running scared of democracy,” said Tory MP Chris Heaton-Harris. Meanwhile, in a letter to The Times, business leaders have called for a “yes” vote.
