Ben Ali sentenced to 20 years
Former Tunisian President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali has been sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment for inciting violence during the Tunisian revolution last year.

The ousted leader, who is living in exile in Saudi Arabia, was convicted in absentia by a Tunisian court.

He has previously been convicted in absentia on several other charges, including corruption and torture, and more proceedings are still to be brought.
