Junior doctors 'not getting enough help'
A significant number of junior doctors say they are not getting enough support and information from senior NHS staff. A General Medical Council survey of 51,000 junior doctors found that 15% were being made to deal with problems beyond their expertise, while a fifth said they were not being supervised adequately by other staff.
