Aleppo fighting intensifies
The Syrian regime's assault on Aleppo appeared to have stalled on Tuesday night as rebels claimed new victories, including the successful capture of a number of police stations. As aircraft and artillery shells continue to pound the city, including the rebel stronghold of Salaheddin, the head of the Aleppo military council has claimed 60 government soldiers were killed at one police station.
