David Cameron and Nick Clegg will try to draw a line under the controversy over Lords reform by publishing a Coalition 'mid-term review' in the autumn.
An aide to Mr Clegg said that "everyone agrees there needs to be a new drive on the economy, jobs and growth”.
But an unnamed senior Liberal Democrat told the Financial Times the new document "won’t be a second Coalition Agreement.”
