Call for UK Trafigura probe
Campaigners have urged the UK to launch a criminal investigation into Dutch firm Trafigura over the dumping of toxic waste in the Ivory Coast in 2006. Amnesty and Greenpeace say a new report - The Toxic Truth - shows authorities failed to prevent the firm, which has London offices, dumping the waste in Abidjan. The company denies wrongdoing, insisting the waste was not dangerous.
