Ofqual was 'concerned' over grades

A senior Ofqual figure spoke to exam boards over GCSE marks, saying he would be "very concerned" if the amount of 'C' grades went up, it has been revealed.

Shadow Education Secretary, Stephen Twigg, said this was further proof that a "full, independent inquiry" was needed and that it was "incredible that Michael Gove continues to wash his hands off this whole mess."
