Cabinet divided on Council Tax

The Cabinet are divded over proposals to raise the council tax for homes worth over £1m. Chancellor George Osborne is under pressure from the Lib Dems to introduce the proposals but a group of Conservative Cabinet ministers, including Chris Grayling and Eric Pickles, say that it would unfairly hit prosperous Tory voters.
