Airlines face pay-outs on delays
Airline passengers who are delayed for more than three hours should be compensated, the EU's Court of Justice has ruled. The court said customers could receive up to €600 (£488) each unless the delay is due to extraordinary circumstances outside the airline's control, such as strikes or bad weather.
