PM rebukes Boris over airport review
David Cameron has rebuked Boris Johnson over his comments about the inquiry into aviation capacity, warning the London mayor it would be wrong to dismiss any option before the report.

Mr Johnson yesterday criticised the length of time the commission will take to report, and insisted a third runway at Heathrow "will not happen".

But the Prime Minister told the Times: "In the end the decision is a national decision that the government has to lead. What is not right is to say, 'I only want my options considered and not anyone else's'."
