NK satellite 'damages peace'
North Korea's new attempt to launch a satellite into orbit this month will damage prospects for peace on the Korean peninsula, William Hague has said.

In a statement, the Foreign Secretary said failure by North Korea to abandon the plan "must lead to a further response by the international community, and will damage the prospects for peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula".
