Grayling unveils whiplash change
The Government has unveiled plans to reduce the number of whiplash claims in England and Wales.

Justice Secretary Chris Grayling launched a consultation on making it simpler for insurers to challenge the claims, which have been blamed for rising car insurance rates.

"For too long, honest drivers have been bearing the price of a system that has been open to abuse and it is time for that to change," he says.
