Over 200 BBC staff have received pay-offs of over £100,000 in the last three years, the Daily Telegraph has revealed.
A Freedom of Information request found that between 2010-11 the corporation's redundancy bill more than doubled to £58m.
The National Audit Office is set to investigate the payouts after parliament's Public Accounts Committee raised concerns.
