Labour will stand up for young people and "forgotten wealth creators", Ed Miliband has said.
In a New Year message to party members, Mr Miliband said the Coalition had broken their promises, describing it as "a bad Government that is letting down the good people of this country".
In the video address, he promised to flesh-out the "One Nation" message, but warned there were no easy answers to the difficult economic situation.
"How you create a One Nation economy - not based on the old idea that wealth trickles down from those at the top to everyone else, but that we need to reward the forgotten wealth creators of our country.
"That is what you will be hearing about from the Labour Party in 2013," he said.
