Lib Dem fees concessions under review

Concessions gained by the Liberal Democrats over tuition fees are under review, the Daily Telegraph reports.

The Lib Dems had originally said universities that wanted to raise fees to £9000 would have to recruit more state school pupils, but ministers have how said the targets could be scrapped.
