Age UK call for action
Age UK is calling on the Government to take “critical action” on care for the elderly in 2013. The charity is urging ministers to bring forward a Care and Support Bill which includes a cap on the amount individuals pay for care, as well as a new Pensions Bill to introduce a flat rate pension and simplify the system.
