Ethnic Minorities into Leadership Awards

The annual Ethnic Minorities into Leadership Conference has established itself as a key personal development event for civil servants from ethnic minorities.

After many successful years of the conference, we are delighted to launch the first Ethnic Minorities into Leadership Awards to provide an opportunity for individuals and organisations to showcase the successes of colleagues and to recognise those who have gone out of their way to champion inclusion within the Civil Service.

There will be awards given in 10 categories, including:

Line Manager of the Year
Mentor of the Year
Mental Health & Wellbeing Advocate of the Year
Ally of the Year
Race Network of the Year
Exceptional Programme of the Year
Emerging Leader of the Year
Inclusive Leadership of the Year
Corporate Delivery Solution of the Year
Ethnic Minority Leader of the Year

The audiences will include attendees from major Government departments such as HMRC, DWP and DoE along with agencies, public bodies and the wider public sector organisations such as the NHS.
