Please find below details of a briefing EHRC have published in contribution to a Lords debate tomorrow on domestic abuse. 


This briefing provides an overview of the Commission’s recommendations on measures needed to ensure better support and protection for survivors of domestic abuse in England and Wales and to meet international human rights requirements. We comment on measures proposed in the draft Domestic Abuse Bill and make recommendations for amendments to the Bill.
