1 min read Partner content

A voluntary agreement between The Building Societies Association (BSA), The Investment and Saving Alliance (TISA) and UK Finance (UKF), committed that a minimum of 85 per cent of cash ISA transfers would be completed within seven working days for 2019.

Collectively, the industry can report that 92 per cent of cash ISA transfers were completed within this time frame during the 12-month period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019. This performance continues to demonstrate the industry’s commitment to improving customer outcomes through faster cash ISA transfers.

During 2020 our members will continue working to exceed the target percentage of cash ISA transfers completed within seven working days.

The industry will continue to report quarterly throughout 2020 on its performance in aggregate against the 85 per cent floor.
