The House Staffer Reception

Join us on 23rd October for The House magazine's Staffer Reception.

During the event, you will be able to meet and build relationships with fellow staffers from all parties and gain both formal and informal advice about how to thrive in what is a demanding and often difficult career.

The event will feature an informal interview with current and former staffers who will share their experiences and give advice on how to navigate life as a parliamentary staffer and how to best support your parliamentarian.

This will be followed by a reception where you can network with fellow parliamentary staff as well as representatives from our event supporters, BVCA, IKEA, Openreach, MIMA and EEIG. All of our event supporters are leaders in their industries and therefore well-placed to give you advice about their specific sectors should you require it to assist your MP with a query from a constituent or to understand, for example, the impact of proposed legislation.
