Commenting on the report ‘Healthy Patterns for Health Families’ from the APPG for Fit and Healthy Childhood Jenny Caven, Slimming World Head of Public Affairs said:

"One in three children leaves primary school overweight or severely overweight which has an impact on emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing. Tackling obesity across the family needs a whole system approach that includes health professionals, carers, teachers, parents and young people themselves."
