Homeless Link
Homeless Link is the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless or who live with multiple and complex support needs in England. With almost 800 members, we work to improve frontline services and campaign on a national for policy change that will help end homelessness and secure a sustainable future for supported housing.
Homeless Link, in partnership with charities Centrepoint, Crisis, Shelter and St Mungo’s, is calling for all political parties to commit to end rough sleeping, with an ambitious new national initiative. The new rough sleeping initiative should act to end homelessness by:
-
Preventing people sleeping rough in the first place
-
Providing a robust response to get people off the streets
-
Ensuring that people do not return to rough sleeping
