The Insurance and Financial Services APPG, chaired by Craig Tracy MP, is delighted to inform you of the next event taking place: Monday 10 July 5.15-7pm - ‘New Generation’ project programme presents challenges and opportunities for the Insurance Industry, part 2

This is the second event for the next generation of insurance professionals in the Insurance Industry.

The first event, held in March this year, saw Claims, Underwriting, Broking, and London Market Groups presenting project work they hope to complete this year that challenge our current Insurance Industry professionals into thinking how the industry should progress.

The New Generation groups have been incorporating the invaluable advice given at the previous session, so let’s see how they are progressing and what may have changed since March this year.

The project titles which cover all sections of the Insurance Industry are:

London Market – Winners and losers of insurance employment in a post pandemic era.

Broking – Raising the profile of insurance as a career.

Underwriting – Looking at current impacts on the talent shortage with the Insurance & Financial Services Industry and how to improve this.

Claims – Understanding the impact of traumatic claims handling on mental health.

This event will be taking place on Monday 10 July 2023, 5.15 – 7pm in House of Commons Committee Room 6.
