Eddie Tuttle, Policy and Public Affairs Manager at the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), said:

"We welcome the launch of the London Infrastructure Plan and hope that this sets the standard for visions of cities across the UK and indeed globally".

"A visible long-term plan for construction and infrastructure investment sends a strong indicator to businesses and their supply chains, giving them the confidence to invest in the most important part of their operations - their people. We are firmly of the belief that to encourage a steady pipeline of training, innovation and investment, stable long-term plans and policies are essential".
