IPSE strikes a better deal for members looking for a mortgage
IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed) is partnering with John Charcol to provide members with a fantastic deal when looking for a mortgage.
John Charcol will endeavour to make moving-in day as stress-free as possible for IPSE members.
This means members will receive a concierge service free of charge, as well as their broadband and council tax set-up, and removals arranged. John Charcol will even stock the fridge up ready for moving-in day- making sure the hassles of moving in to a new home are taken care of.
This will save IPSE members approximately £300 a year and around eight hours of hassle, as well as better rates than previously offered.
Chris Bryce, Chief Executive of IPSE, commented: “We are delighted to be partnering with John Charcol in order to be able to provide our members with an excellent deal when looking for a mortgage. Freelancers and the self-employed can particularly struggle with getting a mortgage, so we are pleased to be able to partner with John Charcol who offer a practical and helpful service for members.
Luke Somerset, Chief Commercial Officer, commented: “We are delighted to partner with such a prestigious and proactive association as IPSE. Contractors, freelancers and independent professions continue to be underserved by mortgage providers in many regards. John Charcol has a long history of supporting underserved clients and we look forward working with IPSE members and the lending community to address this.”
