1 min read Partner content

Lord Heseltine will open the annual conference of the National Federation of Builders (NFB) on 24 November 2016. The NFB’s annual conference will take place at the Amba Hotel Marble Arch in London.

Lord Heseltine will speak from 11.05am until 11.30am to delegates about the effects of devolution across England and Wales. Known for his pragmatism and independence of opinion, in spite of his party political affiliation, Lord Heseltine will surely provide a comprehensive yet stimulating keynote on a crucial issue.

First elected to the House of Commons in 1966, Lord Heseltine served in the cabinet between 1979 and 1986 as secretary of state for environment and defence. He also served as secretary of state for trade between 1992 and 1995, before covering the role of deputy prime minister from 1995 to 1997.

Tickets for the NFB’s annual conference 2016 can be purchased online at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/nfb-awards-2016-and-pcg-annual-conference-tickets-28189056226.
