New online tool launched for farm shops

Eblex | AHDB Beef and Lamb

Independent butchers and farm shops can now create bespoke promotional material thanks to the new EBLEX Point-Of-Sale (POS) hub.

It has been developed to help farmers selling their own beef and/or lamb to create personalised posters and cabinet tickets.

It is available to anyone operating in the independent sector, not only allowing registered users to create personalised material, but also to access a range of existing POS items created by EBLEX.

Users can upload their company logo, change colour themes and select high resolution beef or lamb recipes, to help promote their quality beef and lamb.

The new POS hub is one of a number of enhancements to the EBLEX trade website to benefit farms shops and butchers. Developments also include the expansion of the popular image library, which has around 6,000 images, and enhanced navigation systems to allow visitors to browse the site with ease.

Dick van Leeuwen, EBLEX business development manager, said:  “We are thrilled to launch the POS hub, which will help independent retailers to promote their businesses in a simple, convenient and cost-effective way.

“The EBLEX trade marketing team is committed to helping businesses improve their operational effectiveness and provide marketing tools that are an essential part of every successful business.”

EBLEX’s online POS hub can be found visiting www.eblextrade.co.uk
