The EU has a positive impact on our universities, enhancing university research and teaching, contributing to economic growth, employable graduates and cutting edge research discoveries.”
“There is strong support across universities for European Union membership. Throughout the referendum campaign, university leaders will speak out to highlight how the EU supports universities to educate our future workforce, to pursuing ground-breaking research, to generate new knowledge and understanding and to drive innovation which leads to job creation, growth and cultural benefit.”
“As major employers and centres of knowledge and evidence universities have both the right and a responsibility to highlight the benefits of EU membership.”
