The company is also passionate about encouraging an interest in science among young people and encouraging their development. Bayer has a ‘Baylab’ in the UK. This free laboratory for schools is run by a fully qualified, full-time science teacher and offers state of the art equipment, experiments, and the chance to use innovative ideas to solve tasks and develop solutions.
