EXCL Jeremy Corbyn aide David Prescott returns to work after having suspension lifted

A top aide to Jeremy Corbyn has returned to work following an investigation into accusations of sexual harassment, PoliticsHome has learned.
David Prescott was suspended from his job in Mr Corbyn's office earlier this month after the claims against him were made.
However, the suspension has now been lifted and this morning he chaired the weekly meeting of media advisers to Labour frontbenchers.
A Labour source said: "He wasn't suspended by the party, but from work. He has returned to work."
Details of the allegations against Mr Prescott - son of former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott - have not been disclosed.
But when his suspension was revealed, a Labour spokesman said: "The party takes all complaints of sexual harassment, abuse and discrimination extremely seriously.
"We ask that anyone with a complaint comes forward so that allegations can be properly investigated.
"When evidence of misconduct comes to light, all appropriate disciplinary action is taken in line with the party’s rule book and procedures."
Earlier this year Mr Prescott launched an unsuccessful bid to become the party’s candidate for the safe seat of Hull West and Hessle, after former Home Secretary Alan Johnson stood down.
