Here is a summary of this morning's briefing for lobby journalists by the Prime Minister's official spokesman.
BREXIT
On the EU Withdrawal Bill, which returns to the House of Commons this week, the spokesman said: "We believe it's a vital piece of legislation for ensuring our statute book is ready for Brexit day and for delivering the smoothest possible exit from the European Union. We would urge all MPs to support the Government's position."
DONALD TRUMP
On Donald Trump's call for Nato members to each pay 2% of their GDP to the nuclear alliance, he said: "The long -standing position of the Government is that we are firmly committed to meeting the Nato 2% target and we have encouraged other partners to do the same."
On the president's refusal to endorse the joint-communique at last weekend's G7 summit, he added: "The communique was agreed by all the partners who attended the G7 and we fully intend to honour it. We would hope that the US will firmly honour the commitments that they've made."
AFGHAN INTERPRETERS
On Gavin Williamson's announcement that Afghan interpreters will be given the right to stay in the UK, the spokesman said: "We've always been clear about the vital role that interpreters played during the campaign and as the Defence Secretary will set out today, that's why we're looking at what further we can do to help."
