WATCH: Donald Trump deserves Nobel Prize if he fixes North Korea and Iran, says Boris Johnson

Donald Trump deserves to win a Nobel Peace Prize if he brokers peace on the Korean peninsula and irons out issues with the Iran nuclear deal, Boris Johnson has said.
The Foreign Secretary argued the US president would not be “any less of a candidate” for the coveted award than his predecessor Barack Obama.
He made the comments in Washington as he appealed directly to Mr Trump not to scrap the historic 2015 nuclear accord with Iran.
Mr Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 for his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”.
Mr Johnson said the progress on North Korea suggested Mr Trump could be in line for the honour in the not-too-distant future.
"If Trump can fix North Korea and the Iran nuclear deal then I don’t see why he’s any less of a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize than Barack Obama,” he told Sky News.
Mr Johnson added that the previous president had won the award “before he even did anything”.
The leaders of North and South Korea held a historic summit last month after a sudden thaw in tensions on the peninsula.
Plans are underway for Mr Trump to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-un - less than a year after the pair were trading aggressive barbs in what appeared to be an escalating global crisis.
Meanwhile, Mr Johnson appeared on Fox and Friends - thought to be the preferred news show of the US president - to urge him not to scrap the Iran nuclear deal.
