The House Magazine Launches Guide To The Department for Levelling Up

1 min read

The latest issue of The House magazine includes a guide to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

Included in the supplement are:

- An interview with Andy Haldane, the ex-Bank of England chief economist who was seconded into government to run the levelling up taskforce

- Analysis from Dods Political Intelligence of the major challenges faced by DLUHC.

- A report by journalist Chaminda Jayanetti into how the expectations set by the Levelling Up White Paper can be met once they come up against political reality.

- Plus features from Sam Lowe of Flint Global and policy experts Colin and Carole Talbot, an organisational flowchat of the department, and profiles of all the department's ministers.

House Editor-in-Chief Alan White said: "The government has placed levelling up at the centre of its domestic policy agenda and I'm delighted we've produced such an invaluable guide to the Department's challenges, goals and key personnel. There's even more on the policy in the latest issue of The House magazine – which is the first place to come if you want insight into what's really going on in government."
