An English National Anthem is long overdue, why would anyone want to block it?

On the day the English National Anthem Bill returns to the Commons for 2nd reading the Campaign Director for 'England in My Heart' believes that 'all English MPs should vote for this Bill'.

English Fans would like to thank Toby Perkins and the other 11 MPs who have been named on the English National anthem, Private Members Bill. They have openly shown that they want a fair and stable UK whilst also caring about treating England fairly.

The Bill has been booked for its 2nd reading on the morning of the 4th March and it calls for England to have her own National anthem played at sporting events. English Sporting fans however are concerned that two attempts might occur that will stop this Bill succeeding. We think there is a possibility that speakers and debaters in the previous Private Bills might attempt to speak the Bill 'out of time' or if unsuccessful in doing that, then they will simply 'shout' the Bill down.

It is utterly astonishing that anyone should do this as this Bill has received widespread coverage and public support with a recent YouGov poll showing strong support for the idea with 57% in favour and just 22% opposed.  It is what English sporting fans want!!!

The current situation is ludicrous, for example on the 12th March 2016, England plays Wales at Twickenham in the RBS 6 Nations tournament. The Welsh will be allowed to sing their National anthem whilst England will not. Who can rightly support such unfairness?

An English National Anthem is long overdue, why would anyone want to block it?  Could it be that they have some sort of anti-English agenda? Why else would they allow England to be treated unfairly? They obviously want Wales, Scotland  and Northern Ireland to receive preferential treatment. That type of thinking has already gone a long way to destroying our Union of Nations!!

Eddie Bone, Campaign Director for 'England in My Heart' stated,  'We have openly asked that MP’s give their assurances that they will not prevent or 'shout' down the Bill without a proper debate. We cannot force them to support this Bill, but we are confident that their English constituents will be highly critical and deeply offended at their behaviour if they don't support it. All English MPs should vote for this Bill. If they do not, then their constituents should be told of their opposition to a fair deal for England!!!

Please take the time to open the video link as it truly highlights how ridiculous the current situation is.
