Responding to the Public Accounts Commitee report on flood risk management,Louise Hanson, Director of Advocacy, Association of British Insurers, said:

“The Public Accounts Committee report on flood risk management further highlights that having a  sustainable, long-term and adequately funded plan to reduce the UK’s rising flood risk must be a priority for any government. Our Flood Free Homes campaign stresses that there must be political consensus on tackling the flood risk effectively, to ensure that our flood risk communities get the protection they need.”
