MDU supports the Health Service Commissioner for England (Complaint Handling) Bill

Delays in investigating complaints are a huge concern for GPs and dentists and we are supportive of any initiative that will insure that the PHSO responds more swiftly, while not compromising the thoroughness and fairness to all parties that a proper investigation requires.
