Responding to the Which? report Make Complaints Count Marc Seale, CEO, The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), said:

"We welcome the Which? report "Make Complaints Count". It is crucial that people who want to make complaints or have concerns are enabled to do so.

It is also important that they are listened to and their feedback is taken into account to ensure where possible services can be improved and the same issues do not happen again. The report proposes new initiatives in this important area, which we hope will be given further consideration.”
