The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) is joining together with a leading payroll recruitment website in a bid to help companies find payroll professionals of tomorrow.

Working with online provider payrolljobsboard.com, the CIPP seeks to promote a range of industry-leading payroll apprenticeships offered by the CIPP helping companies to nurture talented payroll professionals with bespoke training packages.

In addition, it will allow member organisations the opportunity to advertise payroll vacancies to a wider audience along with a range of CIPP qualifications aimed at promoting and improving the careers of those working in the payroll sector.

Chief executive officer at the CIPP, Lindsay Melvin said: “This is an incredibly exciting partnership and we’re delighted to be working with payrolljobsboard.com to offer this new service. Not only will this allow companies to find potential candidates, but it also allows an opportunity to nurture the budding payroll professionals of tomorrow through promoting our range of apprenticeship programmes.”

Managing Director of payrolljobsboard.com, Nick Day, added: “We are delighted to support the UK’s leading payroll industry association, The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals with vacancy advertising.

“This will offer CIPP member organisations the opportunity to advertise payroll vacancies directly to a wider audience; improving opportunities for businesses to secure the best payroll candidates in the marketplace whilst promoting CIPP qualifications to improve and advance payroll careers.”
