The Insurance and Financial Services APPG would like to invite you to attend a talk on findings in the “Building Resilient Households – a plan for action!” report launched in September 2023.

This event will take place on Monday 11 December 2023, 5.15 – 7pm in the House of Commons, room to be confirmed.

The report draws on interviews with a wide range of stakeholders to explore what can be done to help UK households become more resilient to financial shocks. Coming in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic and the Cost-of-Living crisis, this work brings together many ideas and proposes a practical way forward.

With vulnerability key there is a need to engage regularly to understand opportunities and issues within the Insurance and Financial Services Industry.

This session will provide a summary of the report and explore the recommendations advised going forward, this will be followed with Q&A and further discussion.

Please email publicaffairs@cii.co.uk to confirm your attendance, so that calendar invitations can be sent week commencing 4 December 2023.
