In this new episode of Engineering a Better World, from The House and The Institution of Engineering and Technology, we speak to Baroness Berridge, Amanda Solloway MP, Ella Podmore, and Jo Foster about encouraging more women into the engineering sector.

This episode is a chance to celebrate women in engineering, looking at schemes such as the IET Young Women Engineer of the Year programme, and also to consider the ongoing barriers to women and girls pursuing a career in the sector.

Presented by Georgina Bailey.

With Baroness Berridge, Amanda Solloway MP, Ella Podmore, and Jo Foster
